Originally from Crystal River, Florida, Jonathan Alan Bodden graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Finance. He then pursued a career in law, attending Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor, he returned to Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in October 2018.
After graduation and admission to the Bar, Mr. Bodden accepted a position as an associate at the Law Office of Grant & Dozier, LLC in Citrus County, Florida, where he handled civil litigation matters, domestic injunctions, residential and commercial real estate closings, landlord-tenant matters, and probate cases. In January 2022, Mr. Bodden returned to Tampa to join Anton Garcia Law, where he currently handles family law matters ranging from dissolution of marriage, timesharing/visitation, equitable distribution, alimony and child support.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bodden was a United States Merchant Marine. During his career as a Merchant Marine, Mr. Bodden was stationed around the globe, including: Kenya, Sudan, Italy, Spain, China, Columbia, Venezuela, and Argentina.
In Mr. Bodden’s tenure as an attorney, he has earned a reputation throughout the legal community as a reasonable attorney who fiercely represents his clients in the pursuit of the most favorable result.
Before becoming an attorney, he was a United States Merchant Marine and spent approximately three years in East Africa and the Middle East.
