Ashley isn’t just a family law attorney—she’s a powerful advocate for people navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives. She brings deep local roots and an unwavering commitment to her community into every case she takes on.
With a degree in English and Professional & Technical Writing from the University of South Florida, Ashley knows the power of words. And as a graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School, she knows how to use them—strategically, persuasively, and always in her client’s best interest. She’s a proud member of the Florida Bar and a trusted guide through Florida’s complex legal system.
Ashley began her career in real estate law, but it was in the courtroom—standing up for vulnerable children as an Assistant State Attorney in the Dependency Division—where she found her true calling. There, she handled high-stakes child welfare cases that required not just sharp legal skills, but strength, empathy, and grace under pressure.
Her passion for advocacy deepened as she represented survivors of domestic and sexual violence, helping them obtain life-changing legal protections. These experiences shaped her into more than just a strong litigator—they shaped her into a listener, a steady hand, and a voice for the unheard.
Today, Ashley focuses her practice on family law—because families deserve someone who sees both the legal and human sides of every story. In every fight for a child’s safety, every custody navigation, and every family resolution, Ashley leads with heart, clarity, and relentless determination.
Because for Ashley, it’s not just about winning cases—it’s about changing lives.
When she's not in the office or courtroom, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children, spoiling her nephews, exploring new destinations, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning.
