Christina Anton Garcia has been described as “an extremely passionate and energetic individual who loves life and lives it to the fullest.” She lives by the motto ‘every day, you must make some time to laugh and smile, no matter what.’

Upon graduating from the University of Florida in 2003 and having earned her Juris Doctorate in 2006, Christina Garcia joined Older & Lundy, where she practiced exclusively in the area of family law for over three years. In 2010, Christina Garcia founded Anton Garcia Law. Over the years, Christina has grown Anton Garcia Law into a firm consisting of seven attorneys, exclusively devoted to family law matters, having successfully represented prestigious clients throughout the state of Florida. Aiming for excellence, Christina Garcia always ensures that every client of the firm receives an extremely high level of service.

Christina Garcia has a charismatic charm which is effectively utilized in negotiating settlements or litigating on behalf of her clients. Her advocacy is fierce and unforgettable. Christina provides a customized approach to each case and never sees a “one-size fits all” approach as appropriate in family law. She strives to accomplish favorable settlements for her clients whenever possible but remains ready to strategically litigate a case when necessary. Garcia focuses her expertise on marriage dissolution, contested custody, paternity, domestic violence, and other areas of family law. Christina Garcia is known for her unrivaled level of energy, conscientiousness, and dedication. When combined with her deep legal knowledge and extensive experience she is able to passionately help her clients to achieve their best possible outcome.

Christina Garcia is a Tampa native with deep roots in the community. She is passionate about giving back to her community and is extremely philanthropic. She has served in various capacities in numerous organizations, including: Family Law Executive Council, Junior League of Tampa Bay, Tampa Public Safety Council, Angels for Foster Care, Giving Girls, Mommy & Me Tea, Tampa Chamber, Emerge Tampa, Tampa Connections and many more. For the 10-year anniversary of Anton Garcia Law, donations were made to 10 non-profits impacted by Covid. For the 15 year anniversary, occurring in 2025, Garcia will be donating $5,000.00 to a different charity each month.

Outside the office, Christina’s love for family life inspires her work. She shares her home with her family and beloved dogs, reflecting her deep connection to animals. As a passionate animal lover, Christina finds joy in nurturing her feathered and furry friends, including her beehive. Outside of work, much of Christina’s time is spent supporting her children’s sporting activities.
