This year marks a meaningful milestone for all of us at Anton Garcia Law — 15 years of dedicated legal service to families throughout Tampa Bay and beyond. Since opening our doors in 2010, our firm has grown from a small practice into a respected team of attorneys united by a shared commitment to integrity, excellence, and compassionate client service.
Our Foundation and Growth
Anton Garcia Law was founded by Christina Anton Garcia, our managing partner and a lifelong Tampa Bay resident, with a clear vision: to provide high-quality family law representation while treating every client with empathy, respect, and personalized attention. Christina earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Floridaand began her legal career practicing family law in Tampa before establishing our firm.
Over the past 15 years, we have expanded into a team of seven experienced attorneys, handling a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, paternity, mediation, prenuptial agreements, and complex, high-asset cases. As we have grown, our mission has remained the same to help clients navigate difficult moments with clarity, confidence, and strong advocacy.

Under Christina’s leadership, our firm has been consistently recognized for excellence in family law. Christina has been named a Super Lawyer multiple years, holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, and has been honored as a Top Lawyer in Tampa by multiple publications. These recognitions reflect our commitment to professionalism, ethical practice, and exceptional legal skill.
Beyond the courtroom, we believe leadership means showing up for our community. Christina has served in leadership roles with organizations such as the Junior League of Tampa and the Tampa Chamber, reinforcing our belief that giving back is a responsibility, not an afterthought.
Giving Back: 15 Years, 15 Charities
As part of our 15-year anniversary celebration, we proudly launched a year-long giving initiative to support the Tampa Bay community. Throughout the past year, we donated $5,000 each month to local charities and initiatives, selecting and celebrating different organizations each month.
These monthly partnerships allowed us to support causes that matter deeply to our team, from children’s advocacy and family support services to health, education, and community-based nonprofits. This initiative reflects who we are at our core: a firm that believes true success is measured not only by legal outcomes, but by the positive impact we have on the lives around us.
