Ashley L. Hobson, ATTORNEY
Ashley was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and has very strong roots in the Tampa Bay Area. Ashley obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, PA and is currently a member of the Florida Bar.
Ashley began her legal career in Real Estate Law and was subsequently employed as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. While at the Office of the State Attorney, she practiced law in the Dependency division and litigated a vast amount of child welfare cases. Her legal career has also focused on assisting survivors of domestic and sexual violence in obtaining injunctions for protection. It was in these areas that she found her passion for litigation and for helping families navigate the legal system during some of the most trying times in their lives.
Ashley has seen very emotional and complex family issues and has a passion for being a great listener, communicator and advocate for her clients in order to meet their personal and legal goals. Outside of the office, Ashley loves spending time with her husband and three children, spoiling her nephews, traveling and cheering for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
