Described as “an extremely passionate and energetic individual who loves life and lives it to the fullest,” Christina Anton Garcia is a force—equal parts powerhouse attorney, fearless entrepreneur, and relentless advocate for families. Her personal motto? “Every day, you must make some time to laugh and smile—no matter what.” And it’s that joyful tenacity that powers both her life and her law firm.
A proud double Gator, Christina earned both her undergraduate degree (2003) and Juris Doctor (2006) from the University of Florida. She launched her legal career at Older & Lundy, focusing exclusively on family law, before founding Anton Garcia Law in 2010. What began as a one-woman mission to raise the bar in family law has evolved into a powerhouse firm of seven attorneys—all delivering bespoke legal strategies and an elite client experience.
Christina is known for her fearless courtroom presence, dynamic negotiation style, and unwavering commitment to her clients. She doesn’t just show up—she shows up prepared, passionate, and laser-focused. From high-asset divorces and heated custody disputes to sensitive paternity matters, Christina tailors each case with precision, empathy, and strategy—because no two families are the same, and neither are their solutions.
But her impact doesn’t end at the courtroom door. A devoted philanthropist and community leader, Christina has served on the boards and committees of organizations like the Family Law Executive Council, Junior League of Tampa, Tampa Chamber, Angels for Foster Care, and Giving Girls. For the firm’s 10-year anniversary, she led donations to 10 nonprofits hit hardest by COVID-19. And in celebration of the firm’s 15th anniversary in 2025, she’s donating $5,000 every month to a different charity—a living reminder that purpose and service are at the heart of her practice.
When she’s not litigating, leading, or giving back, Christina is all in on family life. She’s a proud mom, a dog lover, and even a backyard beekeeper. Whether she’s nurturing her hive, mentoring young professionals, or building a legal legacy, Christina does it all with unmatched energy, heart, and vision.
